Hold Fast and Keep Moving Forward
WOW!! Did the WOD of 20 Burpees 20 ring rows(i did good mornings unfortunately) 20 squats and 20 box jumps(i did step-ups)...Had to skip ring rows due to chest problem but the workout was still pretty tough!
Have I mentioned I really dislike burpees. But did them all. And now I am ready for more. Good workout today.
