Monday 1.7.13 WOD

Max Effort AMRAP 2 of each:
1.  Calorie Row
2.  Double Unders
3.  Kettlebell Swings (53, 35)
4.  Abmat Situps
5.  Burpees

Checkout:  Back Squats 5x5 @ 70% of 1 Rep Max

  1. Great workout today. But the jump rope did not want to work right for me. I blame it on being to long and getting caught under my feet. So my total for the day was 209. I know it should of been more but I will blame it on the defective jump rope.

  3. Luv the work out this am :) then joe and I took the kids to the snow had a blast! Brought all the right food so I was able to get all my points today. Since Joe hadn't work out yet today we did a workout together.

  5. Whoa Nick...looks like you did the Hero WOD "Michael" except did a Row rather than 800m Run. That's a tough one- way to go after it!! Double workout day for you Suzanne?? Hmmm.....someone wants to win this friendly little competition :) I did today's WOD with my daughters. Peyton and Tatum are hard workers- their ability to gut through these workouts is motivation! Without them, I was ready to skip out on the workout today!! Very thankful for their example!
    Total score: 298 I did sub Good Mornings with 33# bar for Abmat Situps, everything else RX.
