WOD: 3 rounds of:
20 burpees
20 ring rows
20 front squats ( 155, 105)
20 Box Jumps (24" 20")

  1. WOW!! Did the WOD of 20 Burpees 20 ring rows(i did good mornings unfortunately) 20 squats and 20 box jumps(i did step-ups)...Had to skip ring rows due to chest problem but the workout was still pretty tough!

    front squats were tough
