Felt good being able to workout this morning after being down and out for the past several days with a really nasty bug! Did Shelly's workout- 5 rounds 200m run and 10 clean and jerks using the lady's bar no extra weight added. (thanks for downsizing the workout by the way) Sounds like yesterday's workout was a killer so good for both Suzanne and I. Anyway, looking forward to getting my energy level back on track!

I also did todays WOD: 5 Rounds for Time: 200m Run (sub 250m Row) 10 Clean & Jerk (135, 95) (sub 65#) Time: 13:31 Front Squats 6x2 at 125# across. Good workout- though I felt a little sluggish today!! Blah...
Did my workout this AM with Kris :) very happy today since its the first time I ran in a workout since my torn right calf muscle! That injury was back in late July early August. Now just got to get Joe to workout today
Since Joe work ambulance yesterday he got home really late and didn't make it this am to work out so Shelly sent one home with me for him. And me being the good wife I did another workout with him.
