Thursday 8.1.13 WOD

1.  Three Rounds of
     Row 500m
     Run 400m
    Rest 3 minutes  (record time for each round)

2.  Snatch Technique
OTM x 10
2 Squat Snatches @ 65%

3.  Strength
OTM x 12
Odd:  4 Back Squats
Even: 4 Bench Presses

    3. Back-130, 150, 170, 180, 190, 200
    Bench- 60, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115( I did 2 then 2 on the 115 though).
