  1. Have been dreading today.....but got it done.
    1. 1 + 42 reps (jumping pullups)
    2. Done....kind of- (did 6 wall facing squats instead of pistols)

    I am pretty sore from yesterday. My shoulders and lower back are pretty fatigued....the thrusters felt heavy and did the jumping pullups in place of regular kips. I knew with how the pullups have been going I would have been pushing it to finish 1 full round. Glad tomorrow is a rest day, but looking forward to seeing what Thursday brings :)

  2. Nice job! I did same wod except did ring pull-ups due to pull-up bat at work being broken. 1 round plus 40 reps. Then 6 pistols otm x 10. Modified pistols.

  3. I super dreaded this one too. I did 1 round in 9:45. #70 thrusters. 1 red band on the pull ups. I love and hate thrusters. I know they do lots of good work but they're hard for me. I can do the heavier weight but it would have taken me longer.

    2. Pistols: I did on a 14# box then lowered it to a 6# box. Left leg is definitely weaker. I used the rings for support. Good work though.
