    Was actually thinking I could've subbed 5min. Lol- pretty wishful thinking- I didn't feel like the weight was heavy, my grip and forearms were on fire. I've actually never done this one before- so I really didn't know what to expect!

    odd: 3 Squat Therapy (ugly, my hips were super tight and back stiff)
    even: 5 Ring Dips
