Ultimate Warrior: 21-15-9 thrusters 135lbs bar muscle ups time 19:36 thruster felt good. was able to hit some bigger sets than i first thought. bar muscle ups tore me up in more ways than one. hands are toast. broke them into sets of three with too much rest in between. glad shelly talked me into doing this one Rx.
