  4. Thanks Todd....however I forgot that to put that I scaled the weight on the Power Snatches from 80# to 58#. I think it was a good scale on the weight. I finished about the same range as everyone else.... :)

  5. I did this one. I got 110# on the snatch. I didn't do squat snatches though. I think I've done 115 in the past.
    One the Metcon I got through 2 rounds and about 7 of the pull ups. I used a single red band to keep the intensity up.
