    This morning I finally did 13.4
    AMRAP 7
    ascending ladder: 3, 3, 6, 6, 9, 9.....
    Clean & Jerks (135, 95)
    Toes to Bar (subbed knees to elbows)
    Total Reps: 50
    That would be one I'd like to try again! Good workout!!
