    My time today: 9:02 = 542 Seconds.

    OMG! I am shocked at the difference in my time! I knew I was going to improve a little because I've been feeling really good since trying the Paleo Diet, but I didn't think it would be that much! Wow! Thank you Shelly for all your support & encouragement throughout the last 30 days! :)

    (I'm still gonna have a Pizza sometime this week!) :)
