  1. Holy Smokes!! Another tough WOD today but it was made a lot easier by the partner aspect...;}
    I think the kettle bell swings were the hardest thing for me today..the modified handstand push ups were not as bad as I thought they would be.
    I thought both teams kept up a good pace....
    Burpees for time definitely was a butt-kicker!!
