  1. Ready for the challenge now. Did the benchmark workout substituting the hand release pushups with, as Robyn says, the sissy lala knee pushups Yep I admit that I'm a sissy. Outscored the pregnant woman but as she points out she opted for the real deal not the sissy one. Yep, I said that!

  3. Wow!! Nice workout Nick! I always think anything over 5 rounds is pure torture- that looks a good one though- maybe we'll have to give that one a try. And to Kris- way to start the trash talk.....bring it on! Lol :)

    1. Pure torture is a good way to put it! Most of the times came in between 20-30 minutes. I thought I would Rx since I Rx'd my first WOD last week, but those KBS destroyed me! As hard as I tried, I had to scale down during the 3rd round, and then again during the 5th round. I'm just proud that I finished the stupid thing.

  7. Well I didn't get the total points yesterday... didn't eat enough!Posted my comments in the wrong day and had to get up at "o dark thirty" to go to work...Dang it! the only thing left is to make sure I eat right and get WOD in tonite..It's just TOO early now..
    I do sissy lala push-ups too , by the way
