Tuesday 1.15.13 WOD

AMRAP 15
200m Run
12 Box Jumps (24, 20)
12 Chest to Bar Pullups

Checkout:  3 x Max Rep Pushups (30 second rest between sets)

  1. When I first started box jumps I couldn't even complete one jump without stopping and restign for a few minutes. Now after a few months of practice I can do 2. I did todays work out but had to cut it short so I could be to work on time. Okay. fine I slept in little so I got to the Gym late. I was able to complete half the work out. I will finish the rest tonight.

    1. Ryan, late what? That doesn't seem like the Ryan I know. Ha ha! I did the AMRAP 15 at Shelly's but the cold got the best of me on the 200m runs. I couldn't decide if I was dehydrated or if it was so cold it hurt to breathe?

    2. Slept in to what 3:30a.m or 4 a.m? Just don't come up short on a box jump, it can be a real shin burner. Right Nick? What's that movie, White Men Can't Jump?

    28:30. I went light on the DLs (Rx was 225), I went light on Wall-Balls (Rx was 20), Burpees are Burpees, and I really sucked at DUs. I hated this workout, but I got a good sweat.

    12 Chest to Bar (CTB) pullups
    6 rounds plus 180m.
    Just getting back into pull-ups after shoulder mishap a few months ago so the pull-ups seemed to be the hard part for me in this one.
