Great job Ryan! You and are alike in some ways, no need to keep up with the Hall Family, they are crazy! See all those crazy numbers they have posted even when Shelly is pregnant, wow what they can do!
Okay, this is where Shelly is going to have a "I told you so" moment (should be writing this down in my personal journal I don't keep right?). I'm looking at Ryan's workout and trying to think of my own max #'s from this morning's workout and for the life of me, I can't remember what my back squat max was? I do know it was an improvement from last time, whatever that was.
Back Squat ? Shoulder Press 83 Dead Lifts 210
I just couldn't get the 215 on my dead lifts. I'm stuck on 210 since last time we maxed out, oh well, just wasn't in the cards today.

Did the WOD with Coach Shelly today... My max dead lift was pretty good for a "newbie"... Excited to see the changes in max weight after a few months of CrossFit Not a good food day, however. WOD :
1 max rep Back Squat 1 max rep Shoulder Press 1 max rep Dead Lift sets were 5,5,5,3,3,1,1,1 (I think)
WOD:
