By the way Suzanne, great job on the running yesterday. Today I did the "Jackie" as prescribed by Shelly. Felt a little fatigued and I knew I was in for a difficult workout when the warm-up pooped me out. My two worst exercises by far are thrusters and pullups so that didn't help. The checkout of 100 admats for time just about made me passout! Overall, good workout haha.
