    I DID AIR SQUATS BTW

    2. Great job Robyn. You have been bitten by the crossfit bug. Nothing better than pushing yourself to the limit both mentally and physically, feeling like your going to puke and fall over, and then looking forward to doing it again the next day.

  3. So I decide to take a day off but did a bunch of walking while I was shopping, so does that count, lol.

    Joe said he did a bunch of 2 minute drills so does that count Andy?

    1. Not sure what a two minute drill is. I agree with Shelly. Very impressed with both of your dedication so far. Good thing theres not any competitive people in this challenge. Keep up the good work!

  4. Way to go Robyn!! Ummm....Suzanne- your goofy and I would say no on the shopping!! Lol. As far as the 2 minute drills..I would leave that up to Joe. If prior to this challenge he would have considered that a workout... then sure, but if not I would say no. Use your own discretion :) See you at 6am!!
