  1. It was nice to get some feedback from Suzanne & Kris re: the Challenge. It's interesting how we don't really pay attention to how/what we put into bodies. Glad it's been going well for you both :)

  2. Todays work out was great. The diet is going GREAT. All though I don't think I have lost any wieght. But it is still fun to eat better. Tiime for todays workout was 15 minutes. I think its kinda hard to watch the clock since there is not a timer. But the rest time was only a minute.
