50 Walking Lunge Steps

50 Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)

  1. Ok, so the goal in today's workout just keep moving! Ugh! Glad I am done for the day. Luv my 80's music but doesn't really work with the workouts lol! Just gotta stick with Lady Gaga :)

    1. Don't encourage Lady Gaga!!!! If Shelly's boombox hooks up to an MP3 player than I have the perfect workout music. Maybe we should start taking turns at the music selection for the day?

  2. Those are a lot of "50s". I did:
    5 rounds:
    10 2push-up burpees
    30 sec. L-hold
    10 inverted burpees
    30 sec. squat hold

    *32:15

    1. Trey said he wants to FaceTime with you. So I told him to wait until Mom gets here next week with her IPad....that way he can sit in his room and talk to you...no sane person can listen to you to talk for more than 10 minutes at a time! LOL Love you Nick.

  3. WOW! Today's workout was crazy. The Filthy Fifty was the second worst workout I think I've ever done since I started crossfit with Shelly. Glad it's Friday, I need the two days off.

  4. Kris- leave my Lada Gaga alone....I don't think anyone would think "I've had the Time of My Life" from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack would be a good workout song!! Lol :) Especially during the "Filthy Fifty". Nice work today ladies- Joe, Ryan and Robyn really missed out on a good one! Nick L-holds are ridiculous- is it accumulating the 30 seconds? I can't imagine being able to hold that position for 30 seconds. That looks like a rough workout. Today did:

  5. Some serious dedication from the 6am group. Working out at 6am in a 23 degree garage doing the filthy fifty listening to 80's rock sounds like only something a crazy cross fitter would do. Nice job!
    I also did the filthy fifty but the garage had warmed up to 38 degrees, the time was 8:30, and I listened to POD Pandera. Time: 23:04. Wanted sub 22:00 but the burpees hammered me.

    Shad/Zach: 21:39 Team 40
    Kenzie/Wyatt: 21:09 - Both turned it on at the end to come in 30 seconds faster than the zach/shad team. Great job by all!

  6. I LOVED today's filthy fifty shades of hell. All was going great for an Andy and Shelly like time and then came the burpees. Then my time died. Then to add more to a bad diet day my supportive wife made home made Carmel and marshmallow candy. I tried but could not resist a few small pieces. So no worries Shelly she is planning on making you some sugar cookies for Monday. So my time was 31 minutes and my diet for today was a 2. Tomorrow will be a better diet day.
