ReplyDeleteToday I did Death by Power Cleans: 1 power clean 1st minute, 2 in 2nd minute, 3 in third minute and so on until you can't complete full amount of reps. I made it to round 11. Only completed 7 reps in minute 12. Started over and completed last 3 minutes. Weight was 155lbs.
