Strength:  Front Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1

                100m Sprint

Start with 2 Front Squats the first round, then 4 Front Squats the second round, 6 Front Squats the third round.....and so on.

  1. We (yep the whole crew including luke) did a bodyweight challenge today because Ingrid wasn't into squats:
    For time:
    reverse ladder 10,8,6,4,2 of
    jumping squats
    pullups
    lunge jumps
    pushups
    225# deadlift (Billy only)
    Billy 4:50
    Seth 4:35
    Ingrid ?
    Big Billy: 6:37 (but I did have to do jumping pull ups halfway through 6 and for 4 and 2)
    Finished everything off with core:
    Billy and Seth rolling hollowbody/arch
    Ingrid and Billy 2 rounds of 10: abmat situps and supermans

  2. Great job Hall Family!
    Today I did Death by Power Cleans: 1 power clean 1st minute, 2 in 2nd minute, 3 in third minute and so on until you can't complete full amount of reps. I made it to round 11. Only completed 7 reps in minute 12. Started over and completed last 3 minutes. Weight was 155lbs.
