Monday 8.27.12 WOD

"Tabata Something Else"
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats
Move right from one exercise to the next.  You'll do 8 rounds of Pull Ups...then right into Push Ups....etc.  Continuous Tabata.  Score is the round with the lowest reps for each exercise.
