    We've had a lot of busy evenings lately, so I haven't had a chance to lift lately and its driving me a bit crazy. Tonight is the ward trunk or treat and then tomorrow is the trick or treating. Guess I will try and get a WOD in tomorrow morning with the boys.

  2. I know....this week has seem jam packed with stuff! If I can stay away from the snickers....I'll be happy :) Nice job on the 5 miles Todd! Someday I'll be as good of a distance runner as you & Jayna.....well maybe ;) The first week of Paleo is always tough for me. I go through serious withdrawals.

    1. And what a week for the kick off.
      As far as the running goes, I found that once I leave the pavement and hit the dirt, it becomes so much more enjoyable and the miles tick away much easier. I really don't enjoy running on the road for some reason, but don't blame people who do, to each their own, right.
