    15 Pullups
    20 KBS (53, 35)
    25 Wall Balls (20, 14)
    Time: 19:15 (sub 6 pullups/rd)

    2. Deadlifts 5 x 1: 185, 205, 225, 245, 265(f), 255(f)
    I totally wimped out on the pull-ups. I should have done 10/rd! It was a good workout! Tatum and Max joined me in the garage at 5:45am. Tatum did 4 butterfly pull-ups in a row and a ton of chin ups! I love my kids- they inspire me with how much they enjoy hanging around in "the gym" :) I know you Jarvis's agree- I look forward to reading about your endurance wods with the boys....Aislin is probably getting pretty close to wanting to workout with you Jayna! :) You both are great examples to your kids!

    Teague asked me the other day if he could go running with me in the mornings. He told me not to go if he was still asleep--what a guy. I would totally take him, but I won't wake him up at 6:00.

    5 Mile run this morning. Felt pretty good, but my left calf keeps tightening up something serious.
    What a beautiful time of year! Just wish we lived around a few hills.
