1. Metcon 5 RFT: 5 Muscle ups 10 Shoulder to Overhead, 165/115 2. Skills OTM x 10: 3-5 Overhead Pause Squats (hold the bottom for 3 full seconds) - This isn't about going heavy. Its about improving the bottom position.
Tuesday: Did an interval run: 5min on 2:30 off 4min on 2 off 3min on 1:30 off 2min on 1 off 1min on Done! Total: 2.75 miles Then 5 Rounds 5 Muscle Ups (sub Pullups) 5 Bench Press (205, 125) used 105# Time: 7:52 Thought this would ease me back into working out after being so sick...the bench felt soooo heavy, pullups weren't too bad. The run felt great...Max really enjoyed being in the stroller and fell asleep :)
