Tuesday 10.15.13 WOD

1.  Metcon

5 Muscle ups
10 Shoulder to Overhead, 165/115

2.  Skills
OTM x 10: 
3-5 Overhead Pause Squats (hold the bottom for 3 full seconds) - This isn't about going heavy.  Its about improving the bottom position.

    Then

    5 Muscle Ups (sub Pullups)
    5 Bench Press (205, 125) used 105#
    Time: 7:52
    Thought this would ease me back into working out after being so sick...the bench felt soooo heavy, pullups weren't too bad. The run felt great...Max really enjoyed being in the stroller and fell asleep :)
