Monday 10.14.13 WOD


1. Snatch

2.  "Clovis"
For Time:
150 Burpee Pull ups
10 mile run
you may break these up however you'd like.

  1. Though I really like to run and I like the burpee pull ups, I modified the workout because Chrissy came over. So we did 5 rounds of 10 walking barbell lunge and 10 burpee pull ups. Maybe should have done 1 more round, but it felt good. We had to share the PU bar and it took longer to do the burpee PU than the lunges, so it kept us both going to get done for the other to use the bar. I did 80# in the back rack position

  3. Way to work hard you guys! I had planned on doing a scaled version of "Clovis" but as the day went on felt worse and worse. Ended up with another fever last night! Wow- this bug is nasty!! I don't really ever get sick so this is pretty annoying! I haven't worked out since last Thursday! Hoping to do something to get the blood flowing sometime this morning! Nice to see all the hard work you guys put in! Love that the kids are working with you Todd :)
