  3. Andy didn't do the Back Squat...mine was 165#. I'm not doing the competitors site for a while. I'm struggling mentally....I'm doing some baseline 1reps this week and doing my own extra strength and endurance programming and doing just the CFNE metcon. I keep getting frustrated trying to keep up physically....I seem to forget I'm staring over for the most part!!
