Way to be creative Jayna. I actually like ring pullups better than bar pull-ups. Not that I like any kind of pull-ups- :) Had a fever last night and have caught the chest cold the boys have had. I feel fine other than my chest being on fire. I did a 500m easy row for warm up and knew the metcon was not in the cards today :(

2. Snatch Skills @ 38# really focused on speed and foot positioning
3. Back Squats @ 135# felt really good
