Back from Vacation, we did get some WODs in during the trip, but forgot to log them.

1) 50 walking lunges w\165lbs. Had to drop the bar and rest 3 times. First 45 were racked on traps and last 5 were with bar in front rack position--didn't want to jerk it over my head to my back
2) Skill Work: 2:00 max DUs, I got 107--was linking these like crazy, best DU session ever :)
This morning the boys and I ran at the school track:
1) Bearfoot warmup for .5 miles
2) Long intervals: Run 5:00 Rest 2:00 Run 6:00 Rest 2:30 Run 7:00
--total of 3 miles.
Loads of fun with the boys.

How is the Fall in Cali?
We actually just got back today from Utah. We've been gone for over a week. We were able to get a few wods in but didn't blog them either. Back on it tomorrow. Nice job on the 165# walking lunges Todd and love the long interval runs.....well used to anyway ;)

ReplyDeleteLike Todd said we were in Utah last week but I still managed to workout 4 times. Tuesday I ran 4.2 miles on hills. It was a very good workout. I like to run, I think it sucks my gut in better going for longer. Wednesday,Friday and Saturday I did a made up wod by putting things together. There was a nice rock there so I did thrusters with it one day. We hung the rings up high so I did toes to rings with the thrusters and 200 M. Another day I did pullups on the rings with something else, I can't remember now.
ReplyDeleteThis week sucks, I can't get out of the eating crappy food habit I formed at my Mom's house. I should have worked out yesterday...
Today I did a modified Manion 4 rounds -400M run, 25 back squat, 90#.
I love having the kids around but when I have the kids home alone I feel like I can't do anything.
I'll get back on a schedule and get the bad food out of the house.
Hope you had fun in Utah. Kind of fun with the cooler weather.
