7 sets across of:  Slow Snatch Deadlift + Hang Squat Snatch + Snatch Balance

3.  Strength
10 x 1 High Bar Back Squat, OTM

    Really trying to make sure I keep good form and not strain my back!! I got to workout with Andy- it was nice...he always works so hard!!

    2. done with 75#.
    3. done with 220#. I tried 240# but it plowed me into the ground. The bar wasn't that high either.
