Your strongman WODS look interesting. I understand the not wanting to run in place of throwing around some weight- what if you did an endurance WOD 3xweek as your warmup? That's what I'm going to start doing...I've tried it a few times and really like it. I just don't have time to do 2 a days.

2. 85, 95, 100 (failed the high hang w/105)
3. Used 100#~ my back has been pretty sore & tight so went light and did 3 BS OTM 7.
Planning on doing TOSH tomorrow- I love & hate this workout...we'll see how it goes!

ReplyDeleteSo I've been slacking on the competitors wods. Or I do them in the wrong order and end up with the same exercise 2 days in a row.
I ran today. 4.2 miles with Teague an Leif in the jogging stroller. Grueling but nice. The first few long runs of the season are tough.
