1.Yesterday's WOD looked good, but I rested yesterday. I'll have to get it in another day.
ReplyDeleteToday I did this WOD. I was going good until the 14 PU. They started taking too long so I banded 16 & up 1 red band. Hands were stinging and the limiting factor. I got to 26 min then turned off the timer. By then I was talking too much and lost intensity. I did 100#. The first set was tough, but got better as I went along. Unbroken at 7 and down.
2. 50, 60, 70, 90, 110#- I didn't know if it was supposed to be ascending weight or across.
Awesome job Jayna, these wods with the acceding pull up by 2s always kill me, really ripped up my elbows last time.
