Saturday did a combination of things since I missed Thurs & Fri. 1. 5 Rounds Row 40sec hard/20 sec easy: 1213m total 2. 3 Rounds 30 Good Mornings 33# 20 Abmat Situps 10 Leg Lifts Not for time. 3. "Jake the Snake": 14:51 Used 95# for jerks & cut the pullups in half.
