Go for a Run- Stretch- Mobility or Make Up work you've missed

  1. Today I made up some of the "extra" stuff I've missed:
    1. Bench Press 20 Rep Max: 95# (from Regional-wanted to try it)
    2. Back Squat 3 Rep Max: 165# (tried 170#- got it 2x, failed the 3rd)
    3. Double Unders 2min for Max Reps
    Rest 2 minutes
    2 minutes for Max Reps Total: 76, 74 (these were ugly today)
