25 Toes to Bar
25 Box Jumps (24, 20)

2.  Double Unders
3 x 2 mins of max reps, 1 minute rest between

  1. Andy and Jayna, Nice Job on the WOD yesterday.

    I did the WOD last night. I missed the part about going to 20 minutes even if you can't make the 2mins. So I stopped after I missed the last 2 burpees in the 6th round. I did the first 2 rounds at 155, but they felt good so I did the rest at the Rx weight, very happy with that. Wish I would have kept going til the 20 min mark instead of stopping at the 12. I also subbed Pull ups and dips for the MU, really need to find a place to hang those rings!

    This morning I did today's WOD Rx in 10:51, really wanted under 10min, but doing those BJs to game standard takes almost twice as long.
    DUs were tough since I was already wasted, got about 75 then 51 and 46.

Oh and did the Squats at 250# across last night and all Squat snatches at 95--I like the feeling of the squat snatch, its a fun technical move, but its tough getting that bar back far enough that it doesn't drop forward, I also did it before fully warmed up while demonstrating for Ryan and Carrie, so maybe the shoulders were just a little tight.

      Andy, that is awesome, who well your MUs are coming along!

  2. Just txted this to Jayna, but thought I would share it here. I mentioned how I love the high/feeling of power that working out give you, especially crossfit, it's great to feel that your body has been stressed to its limits and is preparing for the next battle.

  3. I'm going to do this one tomorrow morning with Chrissy. Today I did the sandbag carry wod. I did the 75# bag, and I did it on the treadmill (we have new neighbors and I'm embarrassed when I have to put it down). Time 12:52. Dang slow, but it was a fun workout.

  4. Great work Todd and Jayna. I can relate to the high that comes after a tough workout. Sounds like your legs are getting almost Froningesk.
    I did todays workout here at work. Rx. time 8:23. The thrusters were tough on the second round of 25. I need to build up leg strength.

  5. Shelly has not been feeling well so she hasn't been able to workout. The two of us tackled the team wod from a few days back. Run 800m, 400 DU, 300 HR pushups, etc...

    Very fun wow. Shelly did awesome. Always working, never resting.

  6. Good job on that WOD you guys. That's a tough one.
    1. So bummed because I hadn't started my timer. I started it at the box jumps and got to 9 min. So add the other half and ??? Probably around 12-13 min total.
