Geez- all of you have been working hard! I've been a little under the weather, but felt a little better today! I made up part of Monday's WOD: OT2M for 20 (10 rounds) 3 Muscle Ups (subbed C2B Pullups) 5 Power Cleans (185, 135) (subbed 115#) 7 Burpees So I made it through all 10 rounds. Fastest round at 1:09, slowest round at 1:25. All pullups were to the chest, which surprised me. I was able to get all 3 of them up until the last 2 rounds, where I broke them up 2 and 1. The Power Cleans were the toughest part for me. Burpees....well....they're burpees, can always work on doing them faster. Not looking forward to tomorrows workout! Heavy Front Squats and lots of pullups :/ Thanks for posting you guys- it's pretty incredible to see how well everyone does on these workouts. Are you guys enjoying the programming?
