1. "The Admiral"
3 Rounds for time
20 Burpee-Pullups (bar should be about 6" above max reach)
20 Front Squats (155, 105)
20 Box Jumps (24, 20) games standards

2.  Tabata Chest to Bar Pullups- record total reps.

  1. 1. I dogged the last round of this one. I wish, now that I hadn't. The first round took 7:32, the second round got me to 15 something, finished at 29- ish. 85# on the FS, it was a good weight for me.
    2. 54- single red band- ugly, not even c2b on some, seriously falling off the bar sometimes. My forearms are so tight.

  3. Wasn't really looking forward to this one either. Front squats intimated me. Tatum motivated me thru this one. She did 20 burpee jumping pull-ups to rings set just about at arms length. 20 air squats. 20 box jumps 14". I did Rx. Tatum time 10:12. Me: 18:12. Thought sub 20 was possible. Burpee pull-ups toughest part for me. Good job Jayna. You back in service Todd?
