C2B Pull ups

2.   Snatch Complex
Snatch Deadlift + Squat Snatch + OHS, OTM x 10 - choose a weigh that you can move and still look pretty.

    Amrap 10 minutes
    7 push jerks 135
    7 burpees
    7 box jumps 24"
    completed 7 rounds

    5x1 on the minute squat clean and jerk at 85%
    200lbs.
