1.  3 Rounds of
200m Sandbag Run (80, 60)
20 Sandbag Squats (80, 60)

2.  OTM X 12
Odd:  3-5 Muscle Ups or C2B Pullups
Even: 3-5 Therapy Squats (wall facing squats, arm extended overhead)

100 Abmat Situps for time

    20 squats with both kb

    Then
    Otmx10
    2 155 lb clean and jerk
    Then
    Otmx12
    Odd 4 BS 225
    Even 4 bench press 210
