Thursday 4.11.13 WOD

CLEAN & JERK 10x1 (Heavy Sets)

Checkout:  4 x 200m Run (rest 1 min between)

  1. Today's workout was good.
    Did the 10x1 Clean & Jerk: worked up to 120#
    Then did 2 x 250m Row: held pace between 58sec-1min
    It was fun seeing everyone so gung-ho on trying just a little more weight for one more.....I think we have some strong athletes!! Very motivating :) Maybe Christine and I can coax a few more people to register for the Open next year.........

    I did:
    43, 53, 58, 63, 73, 78, 83, 88, 93(F), 93(F)
    At least now I know where I am, and can set goals & work toward it!

    Yeah, I'm thinkin' we need to talk the other gals into trying the Open next year! Gives us a year to work & improve! :)
