Didn't make it to the gym...DID get a workout in! Tough to get done and I had to modify it but I did "Deck of Cards"...Whewww!! Half way thru I "chose" to switch to HRPU instead of burpees Dead lift was 60 lb KBS was 20 lbs Jokers were 15 abmat sit ups Time was under the limit ...probably due to modifications.
I modified yesterday's workout and did: OTM 20: Odd: 200m Row Even: 10 Air Squats Only did 1/2 the Squats everyone else did yesterday- but felt to my limit by the end.....great workout! Five weeks and a couple of days left....be ready for the Paleo/ Zone Challenge June 1st - June 30th!!
