  1. Didn't make it to the gym...DID get a workout in!
    Tough to get done and I had to modify it but I did "Deck of Cards"...Whewww!! Half way thru I "chose" to switch to HRPU instead of burpees
    Dead lift was 60 lb KBS was 20 lbs Jokers were 15 abmat sit ups
    Time was under the limit ...probably due to modifications.

  2. I modified yesterday's workout and did:
    OTM 20:
    Odd: 200m Row
    Even: 10 Air Squats
    Only did 1/2 the Squats everyone else did yesterday- but felt to my limit by the end.....great workout! Five weeks and a couple of days left....be ready for the Paleo/ Zone Challenge June 1st - June 30th!!
