Whoa, that was a tough one for us! We used the following for weights:
Kettlebells: 35#
Thrusters: 65#
Overhead Plate: Connor 25#/Shelly 15#
We used the 20" box. Connor did actual jumps, I did step ups. Think I'll take the weekend off! Great job this morning everyone- it's nice when everyone supports and cheers each other on! :)
Wasn't quite as hard as it looks. Probably because it was partners, and we modified weights. We only used 10# for the overhead, 33# bar for thrusters, 26# kettle bell, and we did step ups. Had we done this to Rx, we'd be toast!
