Back Squat 1 Rep Max
Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max
Deadlift 1 Rep Max

*Remember NO legs are used to assist in the Shoulder Press!!

or

3 x 800m Run (rest 3 minutes between each)
Write down your individual 800m times and hold your pace with 5-7seconds.
