  1. Well I finally made it to a workout after a bit of an unwanted break...I was late but still managed to get there and Shelly was nice about me being late & making dumb comments about her sweatshirt..I did a modified Michael with 3 rounds of 500 M row 25 Good mornings w/ pvc and 25
    sit ups...A good start for me.
    Not tooo scared about Fridays WOD...LOL
