  1. Ok..finally a WOD that was easier than it sounded..haha
    Really... substituting the row for the run and NOT using any weight on the walking lunges made for a good workout for me..Don't recall my time.

    My time was 18:32, 10# weight over head

    Note to Self:
    ** Day 12 of NO WHITE CARBS **
    No Rice, Breads, Cereals, Tortillas, Pasta Etc.

  4. Glad it was a running day. I'm already feeling the anxiety brewing inside me for Friday's workout! Thanks Andy for coaching us this morning. Shelly, Andy did a great job getting everyone on their own modified program. Good workout!

  6. Nice to go out and coach the early birds. Impressed and motivated by the effort from all 4 ladies. You probably will be seeing more of my ugly mug out there. My super hero pregnant wife will be needing a little R AND R coming up soon.
