Ok..finally a WOD that was easier than it sounded..haha Really... substituting the row for the run and NOT using any weight on the walking lunges made for a good workout for me..Don't recall my time.
Glad it was a running day. I'm already feeling the anxiety brewing inside me for Friday's workout! Thanks Andy for coaching us this morning. Shelly, Andy did a great job getting everyone on their own modified program. Good workout!
Nice to go out and coach the early birds. Impressed and motivated by the effort from all 4 ladies. You probably will be seeing more of my ugly mug out there.
