I am in my 4th week now of eating mostly Paleo (about 95%) and although I do feel as if I am a little stronger and faster as I was 3 weeks ago, I will be honest and admit that I am going to treat myself to Pizza next weekend when this challenge is over!! :)
But seriously, I feel great! .... And my pants are loose again, cause after the Holidays my clothes were getting pretty tight! LOL! :)
Yesterday I did the main site WOD: 5 rounds 400m run (did 200m for lack of time and had to keep an eye on kids) 21 axle dead lifts @ 185# time: just over 13min Totally gassed after that one. -Todd
Nice Todd. Is it starting to get hot there? How are the kids? How is Jayna? Today's wod: 5 rounds 10 clean and jerks 135 10 burpees Time:10:17 You know it's bad when burps are the rest period.
