     10 Power Clean & Jerk (135, 95)
     10 Burpees

3.  Checkout:  AMRAP 2 Box Jumps (24, 20)

    Yet another tough workout!! But I sure do Love 'em! :) Thanks Shelly!

    I am in my 4th week now of eating mostly Paleo (about 95%) and
    although I do feel as if I am a little stronger and faster as I was 3
    weeks ago, I will be honest and admit that I am going to treat myself
    to Pizza next weekend when this challenge is over!! :)

    But seriously, I feel great! .... And my pants are loose again,
    cause after the Holidays my clothes were getting pretty tight! LOL! :)

  2. Yesterday I did the main site WOD:
    5 rounds
    400m run (did 200m for lack of time and had to keep an eye on kids)
    21 axle dead lifts @ 185#
    time: just over 13min
    Totally gassed after that one.
