  1. The idea was to workout Yesterday but it just did NOT happen..Today I got a Cindy WOD done...My low back has been pretty sore from the Friday workout :} used those muscles alot!
    Today got 17 rounds plus 6 for "Cindy"
    I did modified pull-ups not ring rows yaa!
